if a puppy is born with an underbite that is noticeable enough to affect its face, should a breeder A. Discount the pup because it’s not a “perfect pup” or B. Offer in the contract to pay for any costs accumulated due to the overbite up to a certain amount? I have recently been put in this a devastating situation where I asked this question and the breeder basically refunded my deposit without giving me the option of purchasing this puppy or waiting for a new one.
